In accordance with our partners, we rely on a technical staff dedicated to quality management. To guarantee the integrity of our products, all steps of the supply chain are constantly checked.from root to tablein order to guarantee healthy products that comply the highest food safety standards.
All our partners have an internal food safety management system based on HACCP principles, which is periodically verified from a chemical and microbiological point of view also through specialized laboratories.
If necessary, third-party companies are encharge to monitor physical risks during the various processing stages.
Another key element to control the quality of products is to work on the shortest possible supply chains, hense avoiding, wasteful and unnecessary commercial steps which, very often, hide practices that are not always in line with organic regulations. We are for transparency!
