Diversificazione colturale, riduzione delle lavorazioni e copertura del suolo  sono tutte operazioni indirizzate ad aumentare le riserve di carbonio organico nel terreno, che si sposano perfettamente con i principi dell’agricoltura biologica.

The main projects are in the cereal sector and in particular (gluten-free oats, spelled and ancient grains) and protein crops (sunflower, rapeseed, pea and soy) of which Italy still depends too much on imports.
